Message from the President
Since the foundation of this business in 1922, ITOH KIKOH Co., Ltd. (IKK) has contributed to the development of Japan's economy and industry, by means of producing casting products, machine tools, metal abrasives, shot blast machines, high-alloy casting products and others tools which respond to the needs of the times.
We owe our achievements in part to our valued customers and many of those from various sectors. We sincerely appreciate their continued support.
We realize that in the 21st century, our society, economy and industrial structure must enter into a new stage, making a clear break from the past. IKK will build upon the valuable experiences and achievements that were accumulated over our long history while breaking away from the past to devote greater effort for society and our own development of both spiritual and global activities.

| April 1, 1922 | Tomekichi Ito, Founder and First President, establishes "Itoh Chuzo-sho" (Itoh Foundry) in Naka-ku (presently Showa-ku), Nagoya, Japan. |

| June 1, 1934 | "Itoh Dozoku Co., Ltd." established in Naka-ku(presently Showa-ku), Nagoya, Japan. |
| October 26, 1938 | Itoh Dozoku Co., Lted. changed company name to "Itoh Dozoku Industrial Co., Ltd." |
| August 1, 1940 | Company name changed to "ITOH KIKOH Co., Ltd." and the headquarters relocated to Showaku, Nagoya, Japan. |
| July 7, 1943 | Headquarters relocated to 1, Naruhama-cho 5-chome, Minami-ku, Nagoya, Japan (former headquarters address). |
| June 1961 | Start full-scale production of Steel Shot and Steel Grit by 3-ton Arc Furnace. |
| November 1961 | Install High Frequency Induction Furnace of 150kg/300kg - 167kVA and started production of High-Alloy Cast Products |
| November 29, 1968 | Capital increased to 32,000,000JPY. |
| February 1, 1969 |
Start production of Centrifugal-type Surface Treatment Machine and Shot Blast Machine. |
| March 17, 1970 | Complete a Steel Mill Facility in Chita Plant for mass production of Steel Shot and Steel Grit. |
| April 1, 1970 | Capital increased to 100,000,000JPY, accepting investment from Nagoya Small and Medium Business Investment & Consultation Co., Ltd. and Daido Steel Co., Ltd. |
| December 1, 1972 | Install Low Frequency Induction Furnace of 1,000kg - 450kVA for mass production of Abrasive-Resistant Cast Products and Heat-Resistant Cast Steel Products. |
| November 5, 1974 | Execute Technology Partnership Contract with Alfred Goodman, West Germany (presently Germany) regarding Shot Blast Machine |
| August 1, 1985 | Build a Foundry of Itohseiko Corporation and Test Center in Chita Plant. |
| April 18, 1988 | Establish a joint venture "Siam IKK Co., Ltd."(presently "WINOA(THAILAND)LTD.") in Samutprakarn, Thailand (suburb of Bangkok). |
| September 1, 1991 | Complete a new foundry in Chita Plant |
| January 22, 1992 | Win The Medium and Small Business Research Institute Award (District Prize). |
| April 1, 1993 | Roll out Contract Shot Peening Processing service. |
| August 1, 1994 | Install 3units of High Frequency Induction Furnace for Shot production. |
| April 3, 1995 | Establish "IKK Tohoku Co., Ltd." in Esashi City, Iwate Pref. (presently Esashi ward of Oshu City). |
| October 1, 1997 | Spin off Shot manufacturing department to establish "IKK Shot Co., Ltd."(presently "WINOA IKK JAPAN CO., LTD.") |
| March 23, 1998 | Build a new factory for Machinery Division in Chita Plant. |
| November 20, 1998 | Build Headquarters Office Facility in Chita Plant. |
| July 12, 2001 | Obtain ISO 14001 Certification. |
| October 20, 2003 | Establish "IKK (Dalian) Co., Ltd." in Dalian City, Liaoning Province, China. |
| September 8, 2005 | Obtain ISO 9001 (Automotive-related Parts) Certification. |
| June 8, 2007 | Completed new factories (foundry, machine factory and plate working factory) in the facility of IKK (Dalian) Co., Ltd. |
| July 29, 2009 | Obtain ISO 9001 (Steel Beads) Certification. |
| January 29, 2010 | Establish "IKK (Tianjin) Co., Ltd." in Tianjin, China. |
| February 18, 2014 | Establish "IKK Service Asia Co., Ltd." in Bangkok, Thailand. |
| August 26, 2014 | Obtain ISO 9001 (Casting Accessories, Welding Products) Certification. |
