Our proprietary atomization technology enables microscopic particles to deliver powerful results
The Special Products Division manufactures ultra-fine spherical metal particles, stainless steel beads, and steel beads using proprietary atomization technology involving nitrogen gas. This has expanded the possibilities for metal surface treatment through shot peening. The main beads produced are 200 micrometers or smaller. These microscopic particles deliver significant power in peening processes for automotive components such as gears, transmissions, and coil springs.

The Testing Center was established based on our “Quality First” slogan. We have introduced state-of-the-art inspection and measurement equipment, including stress measurement devices, luminescence analyzers, microhardness testers, and surface roughness meters. Dedicated staff conduct quality evaluations at each step, from raw material management to process inspection and product inspection. Furthermore, when launching new businesses, we maximize the use of our vast accumulated data.
